Hi,
I am new costumer. I try to transfer my phone number from old service, telus to public mobile. I have never get approve esim card yet. Looks like my esim card for public mobile does not stay in my phone as well.
what should i do.

sorry, problem for eSIM is if you deleted or change phone, you have to re-buy a new one
I understand you have just moved to PM amd maybe, just maybe, support can help to regenerate you a new one for free. Please message them and ask
if no good news, then you will need to buy a new one.
First, download the app, click ⊕ on the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there
