I Lost my SIM. I have gotten a new one already! What should I do to get my number?

Did you loss your SIM by switching to another carrier SIM or was the phone also lost?

Just login to your account and click on Lost SIM/Phone if this is the case then click on Change SIM Card.

@OrlandoG  - was the SIM card you lost already activated with a plan that has been in active status within 90 days?

If yes, then see other posts.

 

If not, then just activate it and port over your number (if portable) through the activation pages here:

https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

 

Check to see if your number can be ported from this Koodo website (Telus owns Koodo and Public Mobile), so, same allowances here:

@OrlandoG @Hi you need to sign in to your self serve and go to change sim input your new number put new sim in phone

@OrlandoG   Log into your self serve account and select Change SIM on the right hand side of overview page and follow prompts to change sim card and select text/email for PM to send verification.
