Mobile Optimization or an App?

Am I missing something or is the Public Mobile website really not optimized for mobile use and is there really no mobile app?

@_Andrea_ actually I find Self Serve on mobile at least pretty much equal to on pc/laptop/etc. 

But Community is not as nice on mobile, IMO.

Okay well that's good to know that it's not something I'm missing. Accessing Self Serve on a mobile is very uncomfortable, I'm surprised the website, at the least, isn't optimized for mobile.
