I accidentally clicked YES when I got a text from Public Mobile about an offer to upgrade to 4G for $40, on my next renewal date.
I thought it was an offer to get some free GB during the holiday season. How do I change my plan to ensure I don't get billed for the new plan?

Log into your Public Mobile account. On the left side of the webpage select the "Plans & Add-ons" tab. Down the screen you should see "Your New Plan" listed. You should see an option to "Cancel Plan Change" Hope that helps.

Go into "My Account" and cancel any scheduled plan changes under the "Plans and Add-ons" tab.
