One of the most important things to do before starting the process is to ensure that you have the account number. You may have to contact Lucky Mobile to get this. While it's possible to perform number porting using an IMEI, I would advise to do it with the account number if possible.

Hello @Grammy ,

You will need to obtain a Public Mobile SIM card then activate it.

During the activation process is when you can port your number over from Lucky: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/

Keep your lucky account open until the port is complete.
