Hello,
I've tried to log into my self-serve account, but have forgotten my password and subsequently are locked out. Could I please get a moderator to assist with this?
I've run into a billing issue and am unable to use my phone.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried the first option, but was still locked out so I've messaged the mods.

You may wish to try clearing cache and cookies and using incognito page to try again.
If it doesn't work, wait about an hour and try again as the system may reset in that time.
