@Joe5918 Today it ends you mean so it’s set to renew tm after midnight tonight ? If so you want to schedule plan change for next renewal in your account or just let it renew on your current subscription as the account needs to be active to port out if that’s the route you wanna go . Or run down to the mall today and port out before the plan renews . Or else you be best to wait another 27-28 days after renewal to port once your plan renews PM is pre paid and no refunds / pro rating for unused time

hi @Joe5918 exactly this reason why carriers will give better deal for new activation only, they know exiting subscribers are not going anywhere 🙂
But Black Friday is coming and PM will usually offer great deals for existing as well. Keep an eye

@Joe5918 I bet it it dose take time and $ to go thru that hassle so waiting for Black Friday might be your best option as previously mentioned if not by end of this week or start of next week we should all see better option for existing customers to switch to fingers crossed 🤞

@Joe5918 That’s most likely why then at that’s pretty low price in the first place . If this account doesn’t have any friends refferals and you don’t want wait and see what black Friday may bring for plan options . One could always port number out to new carrier and port back in on newly created public mobile account with new sim and email and get the plan that is most attractive to you currently offered is the only work around

@Joe5918 What plan are you on now ? I’m guessing it’s $40 or higher currently? I’m on $34 60GB and only have $30 15GB option to lower bill everything else is more expensive to change to

The issue is i cannot see any lower data plan.

You will need to login to your account and go to Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription and you will see a list of plans you can switch to but switch on Your Next Renewal date do you won’t be charge for the old plan and new plan.

@Joe5918 It’s harder to downgrade plans these days since the old legacy rewards have been removed and everyone moved to the new points system. So you just have to look in your account to switch to the plans that are available to you to switch to despite what we see on the website. Just remember when changing plans to use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle . PM is pre paid and no refunds / pro rating for unused time
adding @Joe5918 by of this week or start of next week , I suspect we will see more attractive plans for existing customers like us with Black Friday sales fast approaching
