can anyone help out how to send text message from PM phone to Chinese mobile number?

I have tried but not delivered

The text content only contains 4 digits.

Are you sending a large size text or mms? Try reducing the size.

And do you know for sure the receiver can receive international texts. It can also depend on their provider and what is allowed on their end.
