Are you able to receive 2FA text to access your self service account? If you can receive text, you could still access your account even with the wrong email address. The wrong email address acts as the login id. Enter your password and receive 2FA text. Then you can change the email address in your profile section.
If you can't receive the 2FA text, then you will need to contact customer service agent.
