I received a promotion via text re: Get 15GB of 4G speed data for $40/month on October 31. I replied YES via text on November 2 to be added to my plan on my next renewal date in December. How do I check or verify this? I was a bit skeptical re: text thinking it was a scam.
The text also said to tell friends re: this offer. How do I go about in doing this? What are the steps? Tell a friend to get the SIM card first then I send the referral code that is posted in the catalogue from My Rewards account? My friend is with another provider. Inform the provider first re: transfer?

To check the pending plan change, log into self-serve and click the "Plan and add-on" tab to the upper left, then tap the "Change Plan" tab. There, you'll see any upcoming plan changes scheduled.
To refer a friend, they'll need a Public Mobile SIM card, a credit card or debit Visa/MC card, and an e-mail address. Then, when they are ready to activate, give them your referral code from your self-serve account screen, and they can proceed to activate on the Public Mobile website. They'll need to keep their old provider SIM card in their device until they receive a port authorization request from their prior provider to enable the number to be switched over here.
