Hi,
I recieved a text that my next payment was due Aug. 31.
My PM account stated auto pay was Aug. 30
I took the last koodo offer Aug.29.
But...Autopay was done Aug. 28.
Please tell me how can I recover that?

Public Mobile is a prepaid service, so you cannot receive a refund for unused time.
Did you activate your Koodo offer in store? Or order online and are waiting for a SIM? If you are waiting for a SIM, it will take some time for it to arrive and for you to activate, so you will need an active Public Mobile number until then.

Did you manually top up on Aug 28? The text would have been sent on the 28, asking you to top up by Aug 30, or AutoPay would charge you Aug 31. This is normal.
Did you activate in a Koodo store for the deal? If yes, you’ll need to contact moderators to ask about a refund, or did you get a bill credit to your Koodo bill to compensate for the balance on your PM plan?
if tounactivated online, your plan needed to be active anyway as you won’t have the Koodo sim yet, so you’ve kept your plan actiive so you can port.
