Download the Public Mobile App and choose a plan.
If you are transferring from a Koodo prepaid plan, you will need to select a new number and then send a private message to the below to complete the transfer to Public Mobile.
Postpaid continues as normal.
If the chatbot doesn't work, then send an email to cs at link below.

Very easy. Set up an account by downloading the app. You CAN port the number over during the set up however I'd suggest setting it up first so this way everything is ready to go. Set up a temp number, make sure you can make and take calls, text and receive texts and also use data. Then you can log into your account and port over the Koodo number. That simple
