I‘m sorry to inform you that the credit card I used to pay the phone bill has changed. Please tell me how to pay the phone bill with the new card number.

If you sign onto My Account and click the drop down arrow and click Payments. Click Manage My Subscription and click Manage Payment. If that doesn’t work you can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

To update your credit card information, you can easily done that via My Account
Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card
