How to order a sim card from Japan

I am living in Japan, and will be soon travellimg to Vancouver for about 30 days. I want to get a sim card before departure. Could you tell me how to order a sim card from Japan ?

teh online payment system also only accepts canadian credit cards you syou will need to pay for teh service with a voucher.

There is no official way to do that.  Public Mobile will not ship a sim card to Japan.

You could have a friend mail one to you, but there's now way to tell how long that will take to arrive.

When you arrive in Vancouver, you could visit a Walmart department store to purchase a sim card.
