@ramankant, the password reset is sometimes finicky although some member swear by it working for them.  If you are having issues navigating through it, I recommend seeking moderator team assistance with the password reeset.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution.
