Hello,
I upgraded from an iPhone 13 pro max to an iPhone 16 pro max. The phone is not letting me transfer over my e-sim. Do I have to buy a new one?
Thank you to anyone who can help.

hi @Sunbask
PM eSIM cannot be moved, but you can buy a new one.
Download the PM app on your new phone, login and go to account page, choose Purchase Sim card and select eSIM and follow the steps
if you are currently using a sim card, the system should not charge you. In case they do, pay first and ask PM support agent for a credit back.
you can submit ticket by direct message:

you need to buy a new eSIM on the new iPhone (but you can ask PM to reimburse after)
just download PM app and login and go to Account->Purchase sim card-> eSIM , pay and install
