I bought an international 300-minute plan.
Then, do I put in the country code 82 and put in the Korean phone number when I call Korea? In the past, when I used another carrier, I put in 011 and put in the country code.

hi @Sukkyoung
you need to put 011 in front of the country code for Korea (82)

To call South Korea from Canada, dial 011 (exit code), then 82 (country code), followed by the local number (dropping the initial '0' if the number begins with '010', '02', etc.)
