Hello
i want to cancel my e sim subscription because it is not activated in my phone but it charge me every month. When I try to login in my account, it fails. , first it send code to email and then send code to phone number which i dont get because sim is not working. please tell me how to cancel it without phone number code. I have email registered with it.
