I've been waiting more than 10 business days for a SIM and have paid the 1st month, but have not activated the service. Not interested in this company anymore...
How do I cancel and not be billed again?

Remove autopay and your account will be closed after 90 days of no pay.
SIM from PM usually arrives within 5-10 business days but there are many cases when it took a little bit more time. Give it another week and then ask for SIM replacement. A lot of mail get lost or gets stolen these days so it is not always PM's fault.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents

please submit a ticket with CS agent for a solution. They might ask you to buy a sim card in person from Telus store, or could help to arrange refund
