What are the requirements to achieve some rewards? As in how many questions must be asked?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Activity, posts, average posts per day, Bravos received, Bravos given, Solutions received, Solutions given - these are the sorts of default metrics built into most forum softwares (including the Khoros/Lithium thing used here).
Top% will also depend on how many other community members are active. You have to score better than 50% of the total population to get your dollar, whether there's twenty or two thousand people in the pool. Public Mobile is in the habit of randomly offering attractive promos, free gifts, and heavyhanded blunders - and so are their competitors - so you never know when activity in the community might suddenly surge, sometimes a ton of new arrivals eagerly jump onboard, sometimes a ton of jaded customers drift away.
Public Mobile has a secret formula which assigns mysterious weights to unknown parameters. They intentionally avoid discussing details because they don't want people to exploit the system.
The old joke around here is that if you're looking to turn your time into money then you'll make more money recycling cans and bottles or running a paper route than you'll make from Public Mobile Community Rewards.

HI @liambpenney how to get Community rewards? It is a million $$ question. LoL. No one knows exact number because it is a PM secret 🙂
Important thing is you need to participate, and like to help . Spend 15 mins a week, answer couple questions and good thing will happen 🙂 $1 or $2 likely will come. But if you want $5 , $10 or $15, you will have to "work" full time here 🙂
Again, it is more the pleasure to help instead of the money

There is no set number of posts/Bravos/solutions correlated to monetary reward.
And number of posts should not be anybody's goal just to get few bucks.
Idea of Community support is customers helping customers. Those who participate will feel good helping others, learn thing or two and eventually get rewarded.
You can try spending 10-15minutes/day answering questions in a timely manner and see if you get rewarded on next renewal. As somebody said a long while ago, you will earn more $ collecting bottles from neighbours on recycling day then hanging here expecting big payout.

As in how many questions should be asked and answered? Community rewards are loosely based on your personal stats of your posts/bravos/solutions.They are then compared with everyone else's contributions and a secret formula determines which level your participation puts you in. It is fairly easy to earn the top 50%($1) or top 25%($2) levels. Top 10%($5) requires several hours a week of helping others while the top 5%($10)is a dedicated effort and the top1%($15)is a labour of love. $20 is reserved for oracles who are appointed by pm for their years of service in the community.
When I first joined pm I knew nearly nothing about mobile technology and public mobile and took on the large learning curve as the community college of public mobile. Use the community to learn how to manage your account and service. Learn about promotions, how activations work, US Roaming add ons. plan changes and the like.....the more you learn the easier it is to refer your friends and family and that's where over time rewards really pay off as every $1 reward (the old system) or 1 point (value=$1) adds up significantly to be able to redeem for discounted add ons, bill payments or even to just enter the lucky draw (1 point) currently to win a new iPhone 13.
Welcome to the community!

If you are referring to this Community rewards, it depends on the number of Bravos and the number of Solved Solutions you get.

You will automatically get $1 or 1 point for referring a friend or family, you will get $1 or 1 point for every year you are with PM and PM will give promo a bonus gb data or international minutes once in while.
If you joined PM before January 24, 2022. You will get $2/month credit but nothing after that date.
