I signed up for an account last week. I have the SIM card in my phone. I can’t download the Public Mobile app as I can’t remember my Apple ID. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to sort this out with Apple and got nowhere. Can you send me a phone number?

@Nannyjo did you complete the activation last week with the app?? you need the app to complete that. If not, a possible workaround is to have a friend to help to download the app and complete for you
if that cannot be done, open a ticket with PM support for help
