How to get a bill for office phone claims?

Hey all, 

 

I'm a new happy PM user. My office recently started offering cell phone coverage claims. But for that, I would need a (monthly) bill of sorts. 

 

I'm wondering how I can get one. I look up the website and all I found was the payment history, but my name can't be seen anywhere near it to prove that it's mine.

You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

To speed up the request provide the following information 

First name:
Last name:
Street address:
Suite/Apartment (if applicable):
City:
Province:
Postal Code:
Customer phone number
Account #
Email address (if possible):
Requested Month / Period
Amount paid

I am in the same situation, what I am doing is taking a screenshot of my account and usage history. That provides my name and a date. If you are on a mac use (command,shift, 4) then highlight the area you want to screen shot. If you are on a PC hit print screen then past it into a word doc.

@Rum Before contacting the moderators please check with your boss, or accounting department, to request they consider a credit card confirmation of payment along with a copy of your payment history in self-serve.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I can't wait till end of the year. I need the last two months and next month's bills. I have made a request through chat though.

@Rum  Best to wait until the end of the year and ask the Moderators to send them all via email as a PDF attachment for tax purposes.
