The ONLY way this would be done on Public Mobile's side is if they were compelled by a court order to retrieve this information.
Other than that, there's no option for them to retrieve this.
Some companies might offer such services however it would be a user-pay service and one would likely have to pay partially up-front for the costs associated with searching archived information.
Public Mobile does not offer such a service.
