My son is locked out of his account and I have no way to get help for him. How do I contact support?

He’s been trying that for about 10
hours! I did hear back from CS so hopefully that will lead to a solution!

he could try after an hour has elapsed since his last attempt to log in.

He was trying to set up his account on a new (used) phone and must have entered the password incorrectly. He then had to reset the password and since then has been locked out each time he tries to log on.

Depending on apres-holiday workload...could be up to 24 hours but usually much less. While you wait for their response...what are the symptoms...maybe we can help.
