If you have been with Public Mobile since before January 2022, you would have been on the Rewards program which gave you $ discounts. That program was removed for everyone this month and you are now on the Points program which doesn’t automatically apply discounts.
If you missed the announcement in March about the change in the Rewards program, here is the link to it.

OK. Then please create the ticket I gave you info on below.
Before you do though, please contact your bank or credit card company to confirm this is not a PENDING charge and an actual charge.
One last thing. When you say over charged, can you share more details. It might be something that I'm thinking of. Is it about $1 to $7 more this month by chance?
