How to close / cancel my new account

I ordered a SIM card which I never received. In the meantime,  my plans have changed and I don't need this new Public mobile number. So don't want to activate or have this new line. How can I close an account which doesn't have an active number ? Also, it's less than 15 days so I hope I won't be charged for a non-active line. When I login online, it auyomatically takes me to a page which says start activation.

I am having the same issues. PM community provided links (same as links provided to you). Make sure you go to your Private Messages and click on the down arrow to select the "Sent" messages. Make sure what you sent appears. Two of mine PM CS tickets were blank. All they were doing was waiting for me to add what my issue was. Somehow what I typed in for the original request didn't get saved. I am not sure why a ticket request would allow a blank detail for an issue. But again, I am not totally surprised to the level that PM will go to provide bad service.
