How to change plan?

Been thinking about changing plan but my self serve account says rate plan change not available online. How do I change it if not available online? Says call *611 but there is no option.

@Rabbi, a reminder is not required to accept a solution.  The forum already asks the OP after a number of days of inactivity on the thread.

one of my freinds have the same think hi call 611 and wait 1 hour to speak and thay help him nice

@tehowennathe, you must be on a legacy plan.  The only way for you to change plans is to call in.  The reason for this is any change in your plan and you will no longer have access to the call centre and they want to speak with you to make sure you understand this and it is what you want.

what plan are you on?  ( are you a legasy or pioneer plan?)
