@tehowennathe, you must be on a legacy plan. The only way for you to change plans is to call in. The reason for this is any change in your plan and you will no longer have access to the call centre and they want to speak with you to make sure you understand this and it is what you want.

what plan are you on? ( are you a legasy or pioneer plan?)
