@Amal4 existing subscribers can only change plans offered on their My Account > Change Subscription page. (Or you can use this direct link as well : https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/account/plan/change-plan ). Check there and see what plans available for you to change
When making plan change z remember to use Change on Renewal option instead of Change Now
