My credit card is expiring and there is no clear way to change this. I don't know if it is because I'm using my phone for self serve but unless I make a 1 time payment there is no way to change it. What am I doing wrong?

Here is info about how to change your credit card.
To update or remove your credit or Visa debit card details, sign in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’. Here, you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, where you can enter the details for your new card, or ‘Remove this card’. You will need to review and confirm this change to your account and then you’re all set..Remember, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.

I noticed that some of these self-serve features aren't diplayed properly on mobile browers.
It's best to use a computer to perform this task.
If you don't have access to a computer; you can always try to set your phone browser to load the desktop version of the page, but doesn't always work either.

@Shaniceys I'll leave the ss if you still can't find the option to replace your cc:

In the Payments screen a little lower down in small orange text it says Manage my card or something. Then remove or replace. There's no edit. Be sure to match your name and address to exactly that of your billing address. Don't use the unit # field. Either no space in the postal code or no last digit. Then turn on autopay to get the $2 reward.
