Hello,
Just subscribed and noticed in my address that my unit number is missing. How can I add it as my SIM card is being mailed?
Thank you

Typing in "customer support agent" immediately gives the option to contact one. It's important that all customers use either the chatbot or the contact support area of the Public Mobile app to open all tickets.

Then @Sweetp131 message them here.

HI @ Sweetp131
Be aware that SIM card that you buy from PM, could take up to 3 weeks to arrive at your home

@Sweetp131 sign into your account and click on Profile. It should bring up and option to manage Eversafe. Your information should be there.
If you don't see the address use the chatbot to create a ticket to have this done prior to the SIM card being shipped if this was just done today.

Changing your address in your Public Mobile self serve account won't change the mailing address for the SIM card. You'll need to contact a Public Mobile customer support agent by opening a ticket through the chatbot. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Without the unit number, there's still a chance that the SIM card could get delivered properly, especially if antoher piece mail under your name is being delivered at the same time.
