How to cancel the account and get the refund

After purchased the plan andte.jpg installed the App on the phone. When I try to activate the eSIM, I got the message as attached picture. My hone is S20 don't know why eSIM is not available

If your Samsung S20 have dual SIM then it is not compatible as noted.

i would suggest you go to a Telus/Koodo store and pickup a SIM for $10 or $4.99 at Amazon.ca then contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to help you complete your subscription to PM.

I am going to give up to buy a SIM card and I understand refund is not applicable. Please advise how to close my account and close the plan I just bought so I won't be charged next month. Thanks.

what phone do you have?

PM is a prepaid provider and hence no refund

If your phone is NOT eSIM compatible, you will have to buy a physical sim card and message support to ask them to update the sim card for you to complete the activation

You can buy a sim card from:

Once you got the sim card, message support with the physical sim card number to complete the activation

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
