I’m stuck in a log in loop. I get a message asking to finish activation. I’ve been charged monthly for services I haven’t used. I can’t log in to disable auto pay. How do I connect with an agent? I need to cancel asap!

You need PM to help to resolve the login issue and/or help to remove CC and cancel account

Did you download the public mobile app to finish off the account? It's needed to complete the activation.
If you still wish to cancel and get a refund, you can contact a customer service agent this way.
