click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support help. Let them know as much info as you can and request they stop further payment to that account.

thanks for that info, its been about 100 days now of inactivity. As long as they stop charging my CC

Just stop paying for that line (remove autopay) and in 90 days account will be deleted due to no pay.

I cant access the second account, I sent my elderly father a sim card to put into his "dumb" phone. He hasn't put the sim into it yet to activate the account via 2FA, he is in the hospital. I used my CC to set it up and don't even remember the new number I picked

you have 2 accounts and wanna close one ? Log in to that second account, disable SUBSCRIBED (Autopay). At next renewal, that account is suspended. In 90 days it's deactivated.

@Suchee1 Each subscription is treated individually, so there should not be a second line on your account. If you have a second subscription that you would like to cancel, you can change that by going to my account, then payments section, and under manage subscription, you can toggle to unsubscribe. Payments will not be taken, and after 90 days of inactivity, the account will close and the phone number returned to PM for reuse at a later date. Hope this helps
