Sound like you are saying your ZTE doesn't have WiFi, if it doesn't have it then you can't use your phone on WiFi. There is no way to add it if your ZTE doesn't have it

Does your ZTE 520 have the capacity to hold a SIM card? If not, it will not work on the PM/Koodo/Telus network, as all compatible phones are SIM-based.

If you seeking to use it for Wi-Fi only, search for Settings and then Wireless and Networks, or the equivalent. Look for Wi-Fi, and turn it on.
