Since you have a foreign credit card you can buy a top-up through recharge.com since you can't leave your residence due to quarantine.

A referral code is given to you usually by a friend or family member and people can ask here on the forums for one.

We are only allowed to send you one if you confirm you want one. Would it like me to private message you a code?

@Jatinder You need to get a referral code from someone to use when you activate. If you don't know anyone with an account here, I am sure people would be tripping over each other to give you their code lol. You just need to ask. You will get a $10 credit within 72 hrs and the person whose code you use will get $1 per month discount while your account is active.
