How to activate my data addons?

I have run out of "data" on my account - but I see that I still have 6.12 gigs of "addon" usage, of which I have used 0. (I believe I purchased these addons a while ago, like a few months ago? but they've never been used)

 

How do I activate this? 

(The data is not working on my phone right now)

 a little sad PM website is not friendly without clearing history, i learn to use incognito mode from here

OK, I actually resolved my own problem - it seems that the add-on section was not refreshed!!!! So once I refreshed that section it showed that I had no add-ons left.  So, I purchased another add-on and everything is working fine now.

@vilette  any available add on data should automatically kick in once the data in your plan is consumed

@vilette If u bough the addon date, once you run ut the date. the addon will kick in , using your addon data. u don't need to do anything. Once your bill cycle start , it will go bock your original data.

log in under incognito mode, see what is the balance there, did you turn on your data on the phone?
