How do i activate a new sim but with same number.I lost my old sim.Bought a new sim but having a hard time to activate it.Thanks

Were you able to complete the swap @pintojoel157 after @Dunkman further instructions?
Are you currently in Lost/Stolen status? If so, go back and resume/reactivate services. Log out. Then log back in. Now, can you perform the SIM swap?

The website is finicky. Try with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.

If your lost your PM SIM card less than 90 days, your PM account is still active. All you need to do is login to you account and update your SIM card with your new PM SIM card.
