eSIM QR doesn’t work since IMEI not corrected, now phone is not activated.

you need PM CS agent to help to change the sim to physical sim card and update the sim card number to your account.

eSIM doesn’t work. Bought a SIM card. Still not working, live chat always disconnected, send messages to customer service , no answer for two days.

Is it about porting? You need to ask PM to help with updating the IMEI as well as help with the eSIM
