How to Unblock Callers from Leaving a Voicemail (Option 5 on the setup of Extended Absence Message)

I am trying to reverse my Extended Absence Message and reverse the Option #5 that doesn't allow the caller to leave a voicemail.

• dial into your voicemail and log in with your PIN. 
• In the main menu, press 3 (manage greetings),
• then 4 (manage extended absence greeting),
• then 4 to turn off your extended absence greeting

Select option 5 to block callers from leaving a message after hearing the Extended Absence Greeting (I have done this and want to reverse it)

This is what I what to Unblock and then go to my regular voicemail greeting and allow voicemail message from callers.
