I activated my subscription using the eSim service on my old device, and now I want to switch devices. Hence, I bought a new SIM card from the store, but when I use my new SIM on my NEW device, I have no network reception.
I have changed my SIM number under my profile.
Please advise @CS_Agent.

@JeetRam when you make sim card change, did you use a mobile phone or computer? The sim card change has to be done on a Computer (laptop or desktop). Three is glitch with it and it wont work if you make the change sim request on mobile devices
Login back to My Account using Incognito mode on a computer. Go to profile page and check if the sim card number there is the new one. if not, make a change request again
If it already registered your new sim card, then reboot your phone once and click Reset All networks

as eSim is new here...I didn't know you could change eSim # to regular sim#.

And you rebooted the phone ? Or try to reset. Network settings

@JeetRam Get a new SIM card and go to your my account profile page and SIM card swap the number like this
