How do I restore permanently deleted voicemails?

Figured it out. Telus allows you to recover deleted voicemail IF you have not quit your call. Then there is an option to retrieve messages you just deleted, which in most other cases would be permanent.

Yes I meant voice mails and I edited my post. But can any phone company reverse a delete like that? I have never heard of anyone I knw doing that.

Sorry, but you can't.  Short of a law enforcement/court order, any permanently deleted messsages are gone.
