How to Cancel after a few days and get refund

I bought this for my dad, and put on a USA plan add-on.  But he got sick and can't travel.  Can I cancel and get a refund?

I don’t think refund is possible since everything is prepaid. You could try submitting a ticket to customer service and explain your situation.

PM saays No Refunds as per T&C's but ask to transfer add-on to your account. Top of this page click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA assistance.

No way to edit the post.  If I can't get a refund, can I get the add-on transferred to another phone number we have with Public Mobile?
