When you go to the payments page you have to scroll down almost to the bottom of the page to find "manage my card" in teeny tiny letters. Click on that and choose "remove card."

You can log into selfserve.publicmobile.ca and clicking on the Payment tab near the top. From there, you can click on "manage my card" if you want to completely remove the credit card from your account, or your can click "manage autopay" and then "remove autopay" to disable that option.

You can dial 611 from your phone and stop auto pay or log into self service (choose payment tab) to remove/manage your credit card.
