How much do I need to pay for next month's service considering the credit on my account? I cannot login to my account to check as my access is unauthorised for 1 year.

so, are you one of those that need to pay by voucher for a year? if you are, you will need PM to apply the voucher and you cannot do it yourself via *611, right? or you can using *611 to load the voucher?
