How long for referral code to be reflected in account

Hi,

I signed up and activated yesterday and i entered the referral code provided by a friend. It did not show up right away as a credit on our accounts. I was wondering if there was a delay and when should i pursue getting it looked at. Simon seemed to say wait 3 days but i wanted to confirm that it doesn't usually show right away. I don't want to create an unnecessary ticket if it will come automatically in a few days.

@DanW , the referring party should see the referred number (last 4 digits) in the account right away.  They should receive a confirmation text at around noon eastern time.  The $1 referral credit is issued at each renewal provided the referred customer maintains an active account.  The referred party will see a one time $10 account fund credit within 72 hours, usually a lot quicker than that.

@DanW Simon is right. It can take to to 3 days. But it normally shows up within 24 hours. Welcome to PM. Stay safe.
