How long does it usually take to get and answer back from CS_Agent

I had a number transfer fail and messaged the CS_Agent. Anyone with experience happen to know how long it usually takes?

I can confirm with @Handy1 

I just messaged a CS Agent about a missing referral discount and I was messaged in just under 7 minutes.

@WhippingTime  Usually with in the hour sometimes longer . Note they are only open 9am-10pm EST but after submitting ticket just keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box
