I’m trying yo activate the ESim but it’s taking forever and failing often. What’s the trick?

Yes. We got to the eSim installation. But there’s apparently a code we’ll get … but we’re not getting texts. No calls. It’s just not working. But the number is clearly transferred away from the original provider because calls are going to the generic PM voicemail. But we can’t call or text or receive either.

HI @CarlaAnne and you got to the stage about installing the ESIM profile?
I am sure it is resolvable. Someone posted earlier that PM sent them another 2FA code and all worked out after

It’s been hours. Three hours and still nothing. It charged the card and says it activated …. But the phone does not work.
How long till it works?

@CarlaAnne First check your credit card and make sure you haven’t been charged , if no then try again and if possible too on lap top or computer

hi @CarlaAnne use the app to activate. Basically instant, same as before
