I think the issue might have just been a short latency. I should have been more patient!
@dust2dust Yes, I see the add-on, and I have mobile data turned on. 🙂
@Yummy After about an hour I tried again, and it seemed to work. I also refreshed my browser just in case like you recommended. I don't know if browser caching was the issue, since I tried a few websites that shouldn't have been cached as disconnected to the internet, but it may have helped!

Should be immediately.
If you do not see it - Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Click on the little spinner refresh icon under the Shop Add-ons button to make sure you're seeing current info. Do you see any data add-ons? Is mobile data turned on your phone?
