It will take up to 3 days for PM staff to enter your free 2gb bonus data.
If it is not entered after 3 days, contact the PM CS_Agent and create to ticket for them to look into it for you.

Hi @ShawnKing Activation should be instant. But what phone do you have? Did you try your PM SIM on another phone?
If you tried a second phone and same result, open a ticket with PM.:

If the activation was successful, your phone should work immediately.
Did you encounter any difficulties or errors during activation?
Did the payment show up on your credit card?
Could you set up your self-serve account with the phone number?
When you put the SIM in, do you see any message on the phone or hear anything when calling 611?

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. waiting a 1 minute,
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
