Is the Motorola Moto G6 Plus Model # XT1926 fully compatible with the 3G and 4G networks?

The seller lists the following as supported network/bands.

2G - GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz ; 3G - WCDMA 850/900/1900/2100 MHz ; 4G - LTE B1(2100), B3(1800), B5(850), B7(2600), B28(700)

You need to follow the instructions on the Get Started page of the Public Mobile website.  If the seller can provide you with the phones IMEI# you'll know whether or not the phone is compatible. Hope this helps 😉

@CellAid  and  @ColdWinters

The Public Mobile IMEI checker is only checking if the phone is black listed. It's notoriously unreliable for band compatibility. willmyphonework.net is a way better source.

@CellAid @ColdWinters this is an important point.  Please make note for future reference.

Thanks @CellAid Good to know!

This phone (likely marketed for Asia and Europe) will work on 3G data and talk and text. Only B7 is compatible with the Telus / Public Mobile LTE bands, which makes for spotty LTE reception. You would want a minimum of B4 for good LTE access.

Go to the phone feature and type in "*#06#"

Then use that code (IMEI number) on the PublicMobile.ca check your phone compatibility feature on the main website.  That will tell you what you need to know.
